1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website and of FlightStudio evaluation software (the 30-day trial). Commercial deployments run under a signed license agreement, which prevails over this page in every respect.
2. Evaluation licenses
Trial licenses are time-limited, signed, and verified offline. You may evaluate the software on your own infrastructure for internal assessment. You may not resell, sublicense, or operate commercial flights on an evaluation license.
3. Operational responsibility
FlightStudio is planning, monitoring, and compliance software. It is not certified aviation safety equipment, and its outputs (including preflight go/no-go and risk assessments) are advisory. Airspace compliance and flight safety remain the responsibility of the operator and the applicable aviation authority.
4. Acceptable use of this site
Don't probe, disrupt, or misrepresent your identity to this website or to demo environments. Lead-form submissions must be genuine inquiries.
5. Warranty & liability
The website and evaluation software are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from website or evaluation use is limited to $100. Commercial deployments carry the warranties and liability terms of the signed agreement instead.
