1. The short version
FlightStudio is self-hosted: your flights, telemetry, users, and airspace data live on your infrastructure and never reach us. Licenses verify offline — the software does not phone home.
2. What this website collects
Only what you submit through the trial/contact form: name, email, organization, and your message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and manage the evaluation. We run no third-party advertising trackers and no analytics cookies on this site.
3. Demo environments
Guided demo environments are shared evaluation systems seeded with synthetic data and reset regularly. Don't put real operational or personal data in a demo environment.
4. Your deployment, your policy
In a deployed FlightStudio platform, your organization is the data controller: retention, access, and disclosure are governed by your policies and your jurisdiction. The platform helps with tenant isolation (row-level security), audited supervision scopes, and open-format exports — but the data is yours.
